After interning at Raf Simons and leaving Central Saint Martins without his degree, Yang Li went on to create his namesake brand, working from London and showing in Paris. He has fast become an influential young designer with his romantic grunge aesthetic. Beijing-born Li is renowned for his laser-sharp silhouettes, clean lines and classic tailoring, with an alternative punk finish. Heavily influenced by youth subculture and rebellious visionaries, Li combines his strong aesthetic with high-end production values and artisanal Italian factories for each of his highly considered collections.
