SOON TO BE ANNOUNCED is a creative system.
STBA is composed of multidisciplinary individuals that leverage their different backgrounds and collaborate across their shared ideas. This ethos means that designs are ever-evolving and don’t adhere to classic ‘brand’ principles or a single framework. As a result, the brand narrative develops alongside the team’s collective ideation. This transience creates space for STBA’s community to shift with them.
The team keeps things in-house. Birthed in the studio, ideas flow from the intersection of visual research and studies into service as a value system. These are then developed in the on-site production facility, which creates an arena for limitless research and testing.
The freedom to study and operate under a theory that channels a multitude of ‘ultimate’ approaches leaves STBA open to an endless variety of outcomes. Nothing is predefined – products and collections are continuously evolving to create new connections within an inclusive and collaborative environment.
SOON SERVICES is the product of the office team’s collective design language. Born from research into service as a value system and raw material studies, the SOON SERVICES collection is a commentary by the STBA’s CREATIVE IDEA FACILITY. These concepts are materialised through forward-thinking designs on workwear-inspired garments. SOON SERVICES is engineered to serve as a visual representation of the CIF.

Named by Condé Nast in 2021 as California’s coolest Airbnb, this architectural monument, situated in the majestic Mojave Desert is a sculptural juxtaposition of sleek modernity against a backdrop of ancient rock formations.
The core design has been expertly envisaged to both contrast and complement – floor-to-ceiling windows let you feel the intentional harmony between nature and architecture. Individually selected local artworks are situated amongst acclaimed Christian Liagre works, an Alejandro Artigas designed Zig Zag sofa and Philippe Starck Bubble pieces.
Sol Seclusion perfectly balances discovery with rejuvenation so that your needs are prioritised. Wake up with the sun in the salt-water bath, or seek out the mesmerising red-tail hawks living in Whale Rock from your secluded sun deck. If you’re more adventurously inclined, explore your private 10 acres of storied landscape, or embark on a guided rock-climbing lesson. The evenings have just as much in store for you - whether you’re pursuing a culinary night out at New York Times-acclaimed, La Copine, or a dinner spread from your at-home barbecue. Finish off your nights immersed in the rock-side hot tub before settling down by the fire pit to take in the immense granite formations cutting into the star-clustered sky.

Charmingly peaceful – yet only one block away from the energetic heart of Venice, Abbot Kinney – this modernist home achieves the perfect balance of feeling both idyllically remote and right in the thick of the neighbourhood.
Irregular oval coffee tables, pitch-black tiled fireplaces, and light shades that twist and turn into surrealist curves – nothing in this LA home is quite ordinary, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Natural light – and a glimpse of the blossom trees outside – streams through huge windows into the modern, minimalist space, illuminating the contemporary artworks and polished wooden furniture. Care is obvious in this home’s interiors and evidence of its thoughtful design is all-encompassing – soft linen sofas invite you to sit back, throw open the patio doors and let peace wash over you. One of the main allures of this home can be found in the garden, where you can share a pitcher of margarita beneath the hanging lights and soak up the Californian heat.
Whether you opt for revitalisation and seclusion in your Kinfolk Magazine-worthy home, or sunbathing on the powdery sands of Venice Beach (only a cool twenty-minute walk away) you’re always blissfully engaged in Venice. Our perfect day means waking up with the sun on the deck, coffee and LA Times in hand, before exploring one of the many local galleries, or spending a quiet day in and out of Abbot Kinney Boulevard boutiques. Share a wood-fired pizza and market salad at Gjelina, then stop off at Salt & Straw for one of their famous challenging combinations – we like the Black Olive Brittle & Goat Cheese – before taking a walk around the wetland canals and Venice boardwalk.
